It is now necessary to have a Home buyers information pack in place before a property can be marketed.

We now instuct the HIP ourselves so the selling process will not be delayed.

Carlisle and Border assemble the HIP for you so that you can place your property on the market without delay.  They aim to have the completed HIP available within 10 working days (assumes a registered title).

The HIP comprises:

• A statement setting out the property being sold;
• The legal Title documents;
• Searches;
• An Energy Performance Certificate.

We can also arrange a stand alone EPC and Scottish Single Surveys
